He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roger Powers and Leona Minnie Mascheck; and his brothers, Roger Allen Powers and Mark William Powers. He is survived by: his brother Leon Paul Powers; his sister-in-law Mihoko Powers; his nephews, Kenji Paul Powers and Rayji Leon Powers (Laura); and his great-nieces, Audrey, Amelie and Esme Powers.
