He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Carpenter and Myrtle Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Doris "Dee" Carpenter; his son Clint Carpenter (Angie); his brother Jimmy Carpenter (Sara); his grandchildren, Clay Carpenter and Cullen Carpenter; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Carpenter and Cheryl Carpenter Snell; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Carpenter, Kevin Carpenter, Amanda Wall, Kim Carpenter, Melissa Hunt, Angela Sims and Alicia Donoghue.
