He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Duncan and Bert Thomas Duncan; his wife Vanessa Duncan; and his daughter Holly Duncan Vines. He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Lee Duncan and Patrick Duncan (Amy); his siblings, Bobby Duncan and Susan D. Landry (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Ryan Duncan, Valary Duncan, Landon Vines, Maddox Vines and Savanah Duncan.
