He was predeceased by: his father James David Castleberry; his wife Glenda Castleberry; his mother Zelma Mae Ainsworth (Bracey); and his stepfather Kenneth Ainsworth Sr.. He is survived by: his son Douglas Castleberry (Susan); his brothers, Kenneth Ainsworth Jr. (Betty) and Billy Ainsworth (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Rachel Castleberry and Dustin Castleberry.
