He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard O'Hara and Jean O'Hara (Felix) of Erie. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Boucher of Erie; his grandchildren, Amanda Murphy (David) of George West, Texas, Kayla Latham (Bryan Latham) of Somerville, Texas, Megan Bullinger (Jesse Bullinger) of Conroe, Texas and Cody Fish (Lauren Pugh) of Plantersville, Texas; and his significant other Molly. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the PTSD Foundation of America, Camp Hope at PTSDUSA.org in Dennis' name.
