He was predeceased by: his father Donald Eldon Middleton; his son Robert Middleton; and his sister Debra Nowack. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Chapman Middleton; his wife Colleen Wise; his children, Heather Anderson and Clint Middleton; and his brother James Craig Middleton. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
