She is survived by: her son Phillip; her daughter-in-law Darlene Bates; her grandchildren, Destiny Faulkner (Steve), Jazmine Ellis, William Davis, Shia Davis, Madison Bates and Noah Bates; her great grandchildren, Landon, Carson, Rowdy, Mila, Everleigh and Bentlee; and her brother David Kitchens. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
