He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett M. Bailey and Eunice G. Foy Bailey; his daughter Brenda Anderson; and his siblings, Everett Bailey, Nancy Devaney and Marsha Tollo.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Montgomery of Cleburne; his children, Heather Bailey of Cleburne, Brian Montgomery (Ladonna) of Rio Vista and Jay Montgomery (Angie) of Burleson; his sister Bettyann Augeri (John) of Beverly; his grandchildren, Brooke, Tabitha, Blaine, Hailey, Ryder, Jennifer, Tiffany and James; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Gabby of Jaymeson, D. J., Kinsey, Nate, Elizabeth and Easton.
He was a member of the Cleburne Economic Development Foundation, Tuesday Forum business group, the Cleburne Strong committee that was established to provide support for victims of Hurricane Harvey.
