She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Payne and Mary Tina Scott (Austin); and her spouse Derrell Franklin Palmer. She is survived by: her children, Scott Palmer and Elaine Maltsberger (Dave); her grandchildren, Derrell Maltsberger (Audria), Cody Maltsberger (Pam) and Lindsay Murphy (Drew); and her great grandchildren, Christian, Elijah, Mia, Emma, Tucker and Gunner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
