He is survived by: his wife Valerie Mitchell; his sisters, Delmaya Austin of Mesquite, Nadine Leffel of Clarksville and Regina Drybread of Bisbee, Arizona.; and his children, Chris Smith of Detroit, Sundae Noah of Washington, Patricia Russell and Ashley Mitchell of Peoria, Illinois..
