She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her son-in-law David Shumake of De Kalb, Texas; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Rita Puckett of Fredericksburg, Texas; her grandson Jeff Puckett (Lori) of Prosper, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Puckett and Logan Puckett. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
