He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Allen of Clarksville; his children, D. J. Carriker, Jerry Shields, Coty Shearman, Reyna Carriker and Rhonda Cheree Goodrich; his goddaughter Angela Rhodes (Jeremiah); his caregivers, Justie Bell (David) and Keke Craddock (Ricky); and his cousins, Billie Burt and Sara Lynn. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
