He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Ervin; and his brother Anthony Ervin. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Monkhouse Ervin of Clarksville; his wife Paula Varley Ervin of Clarksville; his son Jason Ervin of Sachse; and his grandchildren, Chloe Ervin and Cooper Ervin.
