He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Perkins and Victoria Andrews Perkins; his wife Tierney Willis Perkins; his sons, Barron Bleu and Burr Lewis Perkins; his brother Drew Perkins; his daughter Briley; his sister Menden Perkins; his son Beck; his parents-in-law, Mike Willis and Triesta Willis; his brothers-in-law, Matt Willis and Todd Willis (Breanna Willis); and his nieces and nephews, Tristan and Taeya. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
