It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Kocurek of Clarksville, Texas, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jennell Kocurek of Clarksville; his daughters, Johnell Perry (Greg) of Abilene and Jennifer Frazier (Craig) of Clarksville; and his grandchildren, Lindsay and Ashley Perry.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lanes Chapel Cemetery, 2450 FM 3390 or the Red River County Public Library, 307 N. Walnut St. Clarksville, Texas 75426.
