He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Colbert, Sr. and Beulah Mae Colbert (Hopkins) of Clarksville, TX.; his former spouse Honerine Sells; his wife Lois Stephens; his grandson Ja'Rod Colbert; his siblings, Timothy Colbert (Hopkins), Pearlee Colbert, Bill Parker, Mary Titus and Gwendolyn Travis; and his goddaughter Cheryl Reeves.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Colbert, III, Roderick Colbert (Gretchen), Francine Webb (Rodney) and Catherine Mays (Damon); his grandchildren, Corine, D'Shayla Colbert and Ne'Kya Webb; his children, Aaliyah, R'mon, Damon, Jr., Deanthony Mays, Christian and Jaden Colbert; his great grandchildren, JaCorlyn Colbert, Karcelyn Bailey and Harmoinee Spraglin-Mays; and his grandchildren, Jewelene Colbert, Gloria Williams (Wyndolyn), Daniel Sells, Jr. (Angela), Shirley Sells, Christine Rhynes, Michelle, Elizabeth, Jermaine Thomas, Tiffany Reeves, Audley Smith, Timothy Richardson and Bert Richardson.
