He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Roe and Ester Barton Roe; his wife Linda Roe; and his sister Linda Murray. He is survived by: his children, Charles Roe (Cecelia), Cheryl Roe and Andrea Peacock (Courtland); his grandchildren, Parker Roe, Nicholas Peacock, Alexander Peacock, Aaron Peacock and Olivia Roe; his great grandchildren, Jordan Peacock and Tarah Tracy; and his siblings, William Roe Sr., Sam Roe Jr. and Rachel Whitten (Doyce).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Old Home Cemetery.
