He was predeceased by: his parents, McNeil Moore, Sr. and Iona Anderson Moore; his wife Bonnie (Linda Howard Moore); and his sister Bettye Minter. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Anderson (Bob) of Longview and Kathy Sawyer (Jim) of Center; his grandchildren, Ashley Wier (Byron) of Dallas, Austin Anderson (Kristen) of Dallas, Bonnie Catherine Wilson (Matt) of Dallas and Anne Marsh (Eric) of Klein; his great grandchildren, Maddie Wier, Cooper, Marshall, Matthew Wilson, Connor, Tucker and Sawyer Marsh; and his grandson Jacob Jones of Nederland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials can be made to the McNeil and Bonnie Moore Roughrider Scholarship fund at Center High School or a charity of your choice.
