He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Smith and Barbara Jean Baker Smith; his children, Laurel Ann Smith (Melony Anderson), Tristan Wayne Smith (Chris Reyna) and Nickolas Blane Smith (Ivorie Cook); his grandson Danyon Blaine Smith; his siblings, Laurie Lee Miller, Diana Lyn Burch, Michael Mayo (Patsy) and Joe Smith; his mother-in-law Deborah Jones; his brother-in-law Timothy Murphy; his cousins, Larenda Murphy and Dwayne Marr; and his significant other Tammie Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
