We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2022, at the age of 89, Pat Whitaker of Carthage, Texas, born in Newbern, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Parnell and Irma Dickerson Parnell; and her spouse Comer Eugene "Gene" Whitaker. She is survived by: her children, Beth Gardner (Wendell) of Jacksonville and Kerry Whitaker (April) of Carthage; her grandchildren, James Gardner of Flint, John Gardner of Euless, Kristy Davis (Daniel) of Carthage, Kevin Whitaker (Samantha) of Trinidad, Lauren Rogers (Ray) of Carthage, Dylan Whitaker (Bre) of Hallsville, Alexis Hearnsberger (Jace) of Carthage, Aimee Colle (Cash) of Carthage and Amber Blissett (Kolby) of Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Alana, Trenton, Avery, Stormi, Kamden, Kyelan, Lailah, Lynlea, Lynnix, Paisley, Ryleigh, Remington and Kylie.
