He was predeceased by: his father Adam Sullivan; and his sisters, Billie Smith, Eileen Kerr and Kathleen Myers. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Sullivan (Balaji Vijayan) of Lewisville and Robert Sullivan (Dawn) of Corpus Christi; his grandchildren, Mason Sullivan and Autumn Sullivan; and the mother of his children Sherry Sullivan.
