He was predeceased by: his father John Richard; his spouse Daisie Alexander; and his siblings, Gilbert Morris and Sis Lawrence. He is survived by: his sons, Joe R. Morris, Sr. (Becky E.) and Michael P. Morris (Patricia R.); and his grandchildren, Matthew E. Morris (Tracy), Steven M. Morris (Grace), Joe R. Morris, Jr., Paige May Morris and Joy R. Morris. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
