He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James Johns, Sr. and Grace Huff Johns. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Johns; his children, Amanda Myers (David) and Shannon Kirkland (Rondall); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Russell (Wayne), Chase Myers (Natasha), Zak Kirkland, Erin Frederick (Chuck), Seth Kirkland (Jade), Clay Myers (Heaven), Rebecca Gunby (Cody), Eric Knight and Jacob Knight. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
