With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chuck Moore of Carthage, Texas, who passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pat, Ruby Moore, Olean Lewis, Fred and Belle Barton; and his father Thomas Neal Moore.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Neal; his mother Sue Moore; his son Christopher A. Moore (Suzanne); his grandson Tyson Christopher Moore; and his brother Thomas Wayne Moore.
He loved participating in the Make A Wish Foundation program for many years.
