He was predeceased by: his father Almer Leon; his stepfather Delbert Harper; and his brother Charles Crow. He is survived by: his wife Thomasine Rinkle Crow; his children, Evie Lynn Lemelin (Danny) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jeffrey Leon Crow (Kristi) of Knoxville, William Eric Crow of Toledo and Michael Ryan Crow of Dallas, Texas; his stepchildren, Teresa Reaves of Tatum, Texas and Tommy Rinkle of Tenaha, Texas; his grandson David Lemelin of Louisville, Tennessee; and his brother James Crow of Sun City, California. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
