He is survived by: his wife Wanda Wilkins; his children, Chris Wilkins (Michelle) of Carthage, Traci Morris (Russell) of Diana and Lari Lea Smiley (Ricky) of Athens; his brother Bobby Dell Wilkins (Wanda); his grandchildren, Cameron Agnew (Kursti) of Center, Dylan Wilkins (Madison Cichoracki) of Carthage, Harley Baker of Carthage, Lindsey Baker of Beckville, Brandi Yarbrough (Derek) of Van and Bryan Smiley of Athens; his great grandchildren, Jase Agnew of Center, McCartney Agnew of Center, Trae Bailey of Center, Madison Bailey of Center and Avery Yarbrough of Van; his nephew Kenny Bullock; his niece Shannon Jones; and his close friend Kay Curry Garrett.
