He was predeceased by: his sister Carolyn Kirbie; and his parents, Jack Woodrow Chumley, Sr. and Catherine Lievsay Chumley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his son Michael (Lisa); his grandchildren, Luke and Lauren; and his great grandchild Trinity. He is also survived by niece, great niece, great nephews and many cousins.
