It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hortense Hernandez in Carrollton, Texas, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecilio Hernandez and Maximina Narvaez; and her children, Jose S. Estrada, Rafael Estrada, Hortensia Estrada, Elisa Lainez, Cecilia Estrada and Ezequiel Estrada Jr.. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
