He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Holt (Pollard) and Marsene Holt; his wife Rachel Holt; his children, DeWayne Norris (Deslyn) of Frisco and Natalie Allen (Matthew) of Holly Lake, Texas; his grandchildren, Alaejah Norris, Kyndall Norris, Delaney Norris, Brennan Norris, Luca Allen, Ezra Allen and Frankie "Ché" Norris; and his sister Bettye Nowlin of Austin, Texas.
