He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey Westbrook and Eura Westbrook; his wife Bonnie Lou Carter; and his siblings, Betty Wilson and Malcomb Westbrook.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen, Charlotte Tatsch and Kay Westbrook; his grandchildren, Kris Tatsch, Laura Mainard, Greg and Matt; his great grandchildren, Francesca, Cecilia, Carina, Rowan, Arlen and Ilana; and his siblings, Mary Palmer, Frances Mueller and James Westbrook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In recent years, Carey was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and has been residing with family where he died peacefully from complications of Covid-19.
