She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Trader; her stepparents, Helen, Edwin "Dusie" Buffington, Arthur and Charlotte Nickerson; her brother Jackie Nickerson; her sons, James Dale McCoy and Dennis Michael McCoy; and her great grandchildren, Landree Autumn Dhane and Laykin Wyatt Dhane.

She is survived by: her children, Kelly McCoy (Linda) of Raton, NM, Cara McCoy Barbee (Alan) of Arlington, TX, Brad McCoy (Jeane) of Van Alstyne, TX and Loretta Trader Smart (Robert) of Conroe, TX.; her grandchildren, Nelson Barbee (Carly), Kaylee Dhane (Justin), John Smart (Lyndsey), Caitlyn Hayter (Joshua), Karlee McCoy, Alyssa Kossuth (Scott), Jaclyn Davis (Tyler), Sara Ramirez (Connor) and Michael McCoy (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Wesley, Everett, Josie Barbee, Leighton Dhane, Emilyn Smart, Kael, Thatcher, Lincoln, Cannon Kossuth, Callan Davis, Aiden, Elijah, Isabella Ramirez, Johnnie and Samantha McCoy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and numerous other family members.
