He was predeceased by: his parents, Coyt Thomas and Earline Bennight Thomas; and his nephew Jimmy Ray Whitt. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Thomas; his daughter Trina Biggs (T. J.) of Canyon; his grandchildren, Lauren Biggs-Larue (Ian) of Lubbock and Tate Biggs of Canyon; and his sister Patsy Quire.
