He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Elliott and Lyle Elliott; and his brother Robert Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson; his children, Deborah Upton (Ricky), Sue Warren (Lyndel), Connie Krenning (Charlie) and Howard Elliott Jr. (Heidi); and his siblings, Lynnell Hodel, Jean Lahrs and Carl Dee Elliott (Lura). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
