He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George William and Nellie Caulkins Fetter; his spouse Lupe Minjarez; his brother Richard Fetter; his nephew Benjamin Fetter; and his children, Mary K. Fetter and Billy Fetter. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
