He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Langwell and Muriel Reames Langwell; and his brothers, JB Langwell and Garry Don Langwell. He is survived by: his wife Terry Edmondson; his children, Lynn Leigh McCollum (Jerrod) and Dustin Dean Langwell (Lauren); his grandchildren, Ansleigh, Cade McCollum, Haiden and Jackson Langwell; and his brother Lawrence Langwell (Glenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Potter County Employee Benefit Fund, 13103 NE 29th, Amarillo, TX 79111, c/o Brian Thomas.
