It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles F. Hart Jr. formerly of Canutillo, Texas, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles F. Hart and Crystal Lucille Hart; his wife Kay Congdon Hart; his son Charles F. Hart III; his daughter-in-law Susan; his grandchildren, Charles Rio and Dusty River; his daughter Lisa Kay Tate; his son-in-law Rick; his grandchildren, Molly Kay and Erin Laurel; and his siblings, James Hart (Pat), Mark Hart (Griselda) and Mary Lou (Mike). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the Wounded Warrior Project, or to Hospice of El Paso who treated him and his family with selfless kindness during his final days. After his retirement, he chose just one charity to give to: Wounded Warrior Project, and wrote many letters to service men and women injured in duties.
