She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Monica Kelm Blackmon (Robbie) of Double Oak and Kelvin Lane Kelm (Lisa) of Katy; and her grandchildren, Kayla Blackmon of Austin, Cameron Blackmon of Double Oak, Grace Kelm Turner of Austin and Nathan Kelm of Katy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
