He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Matlock and Bessie Matlock (Watkins); and his former wife Mary. He is survived by: his wife Dee Matlock of Cameron; and his children, Randy Matlock (Kristi) of College Station, Pat Foster (Jim) of Cameron and Susie Hetzel (Rod) of Waco. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
