Julia Nan Helms Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Nan Helms of Burton, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zelotes Lentz and Lourell King Lentz; and her husband Kenneth Ray Helms. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Fletcher (Juliana) of Houston, TX, Stuart Fletcher of San Angelo, TX. and Cheryl Fletcher of Burton; her grandchildren, Clinton Fletcher, Kevin Fletcher, Keri Fletcher Henry (Vernon), Justin Kates and Ashleigh Shafer (David); and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Ford Fletcher, Caroline, Henry Fletcher, Shelby, Lani Henry, Jayden Holson, Austyn Shafer and Braelynn Shafer.
In accordance with Julia's wishes, memorial contributions should be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, http://www.stjude.org or Cure for Caroline, http://www.cmtausa.org to help children that are fighting cancer and her great-granddaughter Caroline Fletcher who is battling Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.
