It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cedric Mehlhorn-Hock (Burton, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle Bjöern Mehlhorn; and his grandmothers, Karin Mehlhorn and Christa Mehlhorn. He is survived by: his parents, Saskia Mehlhorn and Andreas Hock; his brother Kejan Mehlhorn-Hock; his sister-in-law Misty Mehlhorn; his grandparents, Lutz Mehlhorn, Sigrid Hock and Leo Hock; and his close friends, Evan Ray and Matthew Smart. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, coworkers and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline or the Houston Museum of Natural Science in his name.
