She was predeceased by: her parents, William Samual and Lillie Vie Rhinehart French; her former husband Leslie Lewter; her sisters, Christine, Jane, BillieRay and Frances; and her close friend James Edward.
She is survived by: her son James Henry Smith (Candice); her granddaughter Jessica Burke (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Brody and Owen; her granddaughter Allison Veer (Udit); her great grandchildren, Eloise and Harrison; her granddaughter Pamela Harvey (Miguel); her great grandchild Dylan; her great-nephew Brent Gailey (Espi); and also, James, Jonathan and Jovani.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Door of Hope in Odessa.
