He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Elliott; and his wife Vernette Elliott. He is survived by: his son Earl Jr.; his wife Pam; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher Earl, Scott, Roy Jr., Cassie, Cadie and Billy Jr.; and also, Roy Lee (Bet) of Joshua and Billy Wayne (Kimberly) of Burleson. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
