He is survived by: his wife Valerie Higgins of Burkburnett; his children, Monty Keown (Holly) of Crandal, Kenneth Keown (Mary) of Navasota, Texas, Cynthia Lusignolo (Dave) of Porter and Marilyn Ropp (Tom) of Liberty, Texas; and his siblings, Bennie, Billy of Oklahoma, Kathy and Marie of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
