She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Pickett; and her siblings, Vivian Lawrence and Billy Joe Patton. She is survived by: her children, David Pickett and Marsha Howell (Perry); her brother Lawrence Patton; her grandchildren, Stephanie Nixon (Nicholas), Stacy Barker (William), Kristi Robertson (Justin) and Joshua Howell (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Madilyn Nixon, Piper Nixon, Bentley, Lincoln and Dayton Howell.
