He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Joan Boothe; his parents, Raymond Boothe and Pauline Boothe of Bullard; and his brothers, Phillip Boothe and Don Boothe.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Dale Boothe (Brenda), Mickey Boothe (Cathy) of Bullard and Pamela Boothe Vest (Glen Vest) of Brownsboro; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Kaleb, Eli, Noah, Jaxson, Brady and Mercy.
