He is survived by: his wife Monica Hernandez Garcia; his stepmother Benita Garcia of Wichita Falls; his children, Krissy Silva (Jimmy), Rudy Garcia, Jr. (Erika) and Elijah Garcia; his stepchildren, Zoe Trevino and Marco Hernandez; his grandchildren, Alexis Silva, Zariya Silva, Nevaeh Silva, Jordan Garcia, Yeshua Garcia, Ellie Garcia and Elianna Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Sophiya Castro of Brownfield, TX and Luca Castro of Brownfield, TX. He is also survived by 6 brothers.
