He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Cantu; his children, Ben, Martha, Sandra, Robert and Tracy Cantu; his stepsons, Daniel Longoria and Joe Cavazos; and his sisters, Anita Romero, Dora Hernandez, Elvira Jimenez and Delia Barnhart. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great children.
