She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey O. "Shorty" Neal; and her children, Ann Neal Willis and Robert Dwayne Neal. She is survived by: her son Allen Neal (Lorene); her son-in-law Kenneth Willis; and her grandchildren, Kendra Willis Cabrera (Emilio), Sheryl Neal Shifman (Rich), Darla Neal Rouiller (Dean), Kevin Willis and Keith Blackburn. She is also survived by 4 great-granddaughters, 5 great-grandsons, 3 great-great-grandsons, and a great-great-granddaughter.
