He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave E. Williams and Rose Ella Smith; and his children, Kathleen Williams, Carvin Lemmons and Michael Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Jean Williams; his sisters, Daisy Mae Manners and Beverly Smith Pennye; and his children, Joetta Christian, Carolyn J. Williams, Kim Wright, Kishia Green and Sammy Brown. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great greatgrandchild, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
