He is survived by: his wife Ashley Cuellar; his children, Jayven Juarez, Iyanna Piedra, Jaylah Piedra and Ernesto Piedra, Jr.; his parents, Richard Piedra, Sr. and Elisa V. Salgado; his stepfather Rodolfo Salgado; and his siblings, Sandra Salgado, Sonia Salgado, Erica Mora, Rebecca Trevino, Richard Piedra, Jr, Eddie Piedra and Eric Piedra. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
